Campus Safety and Security

Premiere International College is fully committed to maintaining a safe and transparent campus environment. In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), the college publishes an Annual Security Report every year. This report includes detailed safety policies and procedures, as well as three years of crime statistics covering incidents that occur on or near campus.

To ensure the ongoing safety of students and staff, the college issues timely warnings whenever a reported crime poses a continued threat to the community—such as serious or unresolved incidents. These alerts help raise awareness and allow individuals to take appropriate precautions.

All campus crime statistics are also reported to the U.S. Department of Education, which makes the data publicly available. This promotes transparency and allows students, families, and the public to make informed decisions.

Premiere International College is also dedicated to protecting the rights of victims of campus sexual assault. Victims are entitled to basic rights, including access to confidential support services, the ability to report incidents to campus or local authorities, and the option to request changes to academic, housing, or work arrangements for their safety.

Failure to comply with the Clery Act may result in substantial fines and penalties from the Department of Education. Premiere International College takes these responsibilities seriously and remains committed to upholding all federal standards to provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all.
